'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Mills post MK Dons

Rotherham United defender, Pablo Mills said, after the draw on Saturday, that the players played the second half for Stephen Brogan.

Speaking to RotherFM, the twenty-three year old said, 'The injury to Stephen was really sad, you don't like to see anything like that happen to a fellow professional and everyone's heart goes out to him. Our performance in the second half was done for him and it seemed to spur us on. We had a job to do, kicked on and got a point.

'At one-nil we were always in with a chance and we got what we deserved. It was a good goal from Danny Harrison. He's scored a few like that in training and nearly went on and got another.

'I'm happy with a point here - we've come away to the top of the league, and they are a very good team, and showed that we are up there with them. This was a good stepping ladder and hopefully we can push on and get a win on Tuesday night against Stockport. The next few games are going to be important ones for us.'
