RUFC - Coleman facing ban
Rotherham United Chairman, Denis Coleman is facing a ban from becoming a director of any football club, according to the BBC. Also, he won't be able to hold a 30% share at any football club.
Football League rules state that no one can be part of two insolvency events at a club, which has happened while Mr Coleman has been in charge of the Millers.
Mr Coleman took over at Millmoor in March 2006 which was just prior to the club being forced to enter a CVA which ensured it's survival. Once again, the club went into administration last month and were docked ten points. This means that if Mr Coleman was to apply to become a director in the future he would fail the 'fit and proper persons test.'
