'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Latest Press Release

The Administrator has put out a press release on the Official Site:

'The Administrator has confirmed that a number of formal offers have been received today before the 5pm deadline.'

Jeremy Bleazard told the Official Site, 'I am encouraged that a number of bids have come in and I shall spend the next couple of days considering each one on its merits.

'I hope to start discussions with a preferred bidder early next week.'

Mr Bleazard confirmed that, at this stage, these bids do not commit any of the prospective buyers to begin funding the club and once again stressed the importance of needs for funds to keep the club going.

Yes, I think things are looking up a little - fingers crossed. Thanks phil and CTE. Just hope he choses the right bidders!

I don't know about those people who got you into this mess, but you dedicated fans deserve to succeed in this and deserve someone who actually knows something about finance. Hope it includes a ground buy out too.
