Rotherham chairman peter ruchniewicz will be presenting the millers case today to the football league in regards to the transfer of campbell-ryce
Campbell-ryce originally spent three months on loan at southend and it was expected that southend would pay the millers in the region of £100,000 when the transfer window re opened in january.However the millers have not recieved a penny.
