RUFC - Harrison ' got to stick together'

RUFC - Harrison ' got to stick together'

Rotherham United midfielder, Danny Harrison, admitted that what has been happening off the pitch at the club in the last couple of months has been frustrating.

Speaking to the Official Site today he said, 'At one point we were looking at automatic promotion, but it hasn't gone that way. But, I think if we can all stick together and come back in the summer then there will be no reason why we can't hit the ground running in pre-season. For many of the lads it's been their first season in this league but we are all used to it now and I see no reason why we can't come back stronger next season.'

Twenty-five year old Harrison pitched in with his fifth goal of the season on Saturday against Dagenham and Redbridge and said, 'I had a decent first touch which gave me the chance to have a shot. Luckily for me it went in.'

I think Danny has started to come into the team more in the last few weeks - I have to admit I thought he was a 'weak link' earlier in the season, but he's been doing well recently

Keep up the good work Danny, and a similar goal to the D & R one on Saturday, will do just fine!!!
