RUFC - Thoughts/Memories needed

As Rotherham United turn their backs on the past and look towards the future the memories must have come flooding back for us the fans.

If they have then let us at Vital Rotherham know. They might be sad, they might be funny, it might be something that made you angry or it might have been elation.

And not just Millers fans either - I've had quite a few messages from fans of other teams saying they are disappointed that they won't be visiting Millmoor again.

We've a hundred years of history at Millmoor and out there must be some stories that haven't been told - and even if they have, we don't mind hearing them again!

Who remembers winning the Kop Choir Competition? Annihilating Chelsea? Great Millers players of the past? The Moulin Rouge fanzine? The Anton Johnson regime? Rother Bird (mind you, on second thoughts...), and latterly Big Keith and his drum?

There are memories out there and we want to hear about them on vital. Get in touch with me or any of the mods and we'll make them into articles for everyone to read.

RIP, Millmoor, I, for one, will miss you.

I remember having a wee outside the tea bar because the toilets were so busy at half time.
