RUFC - Millers fans asked to be patient

Rotherham United fans have been asked to be patient by Rotherham Borough Council.

Eagerly waiting news about the proposed new stadium, Millers fans have been told that it will be some time before any definite plans can be confirmed.

Mike Cuff, the Councils chief executive told RotherFM, 'We can reaffirm that discussion about a Community Stadium in Rotherham are ongoing but they are still at an early stage.

'We emphasise that this authority is keen to see Rotherham United come home to Rotherham as soon as possible but we ask supporters to be patient.'

You need some ray of hope about a new stadium. After so many knocks the council need to pull their fingers out, they need to make sure you all know its only a temporary stay at the Don Valley.
