Rotherham Referee, Howard Webb was at the centre of controversy last night after the Polish Prime Minister said he felt like killing him!
Webb, who is officiating at the Euro 2008 finals, gave Austria a penalty late into injury time yesterday which gave the host team a draw against Poland.
Prime Minister, Donald Tusk said, 'As prime minister I have to be collected but last night I was speaking very differently about the whole thing. I wanted to kill.
'This was an obvious error on the referee's part that harmed us. Austria had chances in the first half and it would have been better if we had lost then than in the ninety-third minute.'
A UEFA spokesman said that they were backing Webb all the way after Polish coach, Leo Beenhakker said, 'I don't know why the referee saw what nobody else saw, maybe he just wanted to show he was a big boy.'
Well, I thought you had a decent game Howard!
