RUFC - Millmoor going to the dogs?

Rotherham United finally leave Millmoor at the end of the month with the games now going to be played at Don Valley Stadium.

But, what will become of the ground that they called home for over one hundred years?

Well, according to The Star, it could well be turned into a greyhound track.

Some years ago there was talk of turning the pitch round to accommodate a greyhound track but the idea was scrapped.

But, it is thought that the Booth family, who are known to enjoy dog racing, could resurrect the idea although there has also been a suggestion that it could be used for stock racing.

I wouldn't leave it staying left alone for too long. When Donny left Belle Vue some pikeys from Nottingham tried picnching all the pipes from out of the main stand. Unfortunately for them they wasn't aware the gas hadn't been turned off!!! BOOM

I remember that, Dazza! But gas was a bit too new a concept for Millmoor!
