'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - 'Our Fans Come First' - Stewart

Rotherham United owner, Tony Stewart wants the Millers fans to feel 'wanted' as we move into a new stadium and into, what we are all calling, a new era.

Speaking to The Star, Mr Stewart said, 'Our supporters have to move away from Millmoor, breaking the emotional tie that goes back a long time, into a new ground and it's important we try and help them all we can. We want to make the move as good as possible.

'The feedback from Don Valley has been excellent. We want to help the fans as much as we can - I was asked if I wanted a car parking space with my initials on it. I declined saying it would be taking up a space a fan could use. I'll take my chance like everyone else.'
