'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Millmoor to host football?

When Rotherham United left Millmoor there was speculation that the ground could be used for a greyhound track or even speedway but did anyone think there would ever be football there again?

As The Star reminds us about a covenant that states Millmoor must be used as a sporting venue it seems that Sunday League Football could take place at the old ground. One of the younger members of the Booth family is understood to be involved with a local Sunday League side and they could well be playing their home games at Millmoor.

If this happens will you be going along to watch, for old times sake?

MILLMOOR WAS AND STILL IS A ****HOLE AND I FOR ON ,EVEN THOUGH I DONT LIKE THE THOUGHTS OF PLAYING OUT OF THE TOWN BELIEVE THAT THE FACILITIES AT DVS ARE A WELCOME PLEASURE .... LETS JUST MOVE ON AND ALLOW MR BOOTH R.I.P. TO ENJOY !!!!

Not for me either, seeing as I don't live in Rotherham. ScunnyJnr plays Sundays anyway, so we usually go and watch his team.
