'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - 'boys excited about the future,' skipper

Rotherham United skipper, Graham Coughlan says the boys are really excited about the future with the club.

Speaking to the Official Site, Coughlan said, 'With the new Chairman taking over we are all looking forward to the new season.'

The squad have been preparing for the coming season with the usual training and friendly games. 'Over the years pre-season has evolved,' the skipper said, 'we don't so much do the long runs anymore it's a lot of four minute based walking and ball work. So far it's going well. It's hard work but it's necessary for the coming season.'
