RUFC - Robins 'lacked penetration'

Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, was pleased with his teams performance in yesterday's one-nil win over Championship side, Barnsley, but thought, in the first half, his side lacked penetration.

'I thought we got a lot more of the ball and passed it better,' Robins told the Official Site. 'Barnsley have some strong players and it gave us a good workout. We dealt with the chances they had and it was nice to come away with a clean sheet.

'We looked positive going forwards and defended stoutly and won a lot of headers.

'Mickey Cummings picked up a little knock in training but should be OK for Wednesday's game with Bristol Rovers and Mark Burchill isn't far from full fitness and might get a game on Wednesday too.'
