RUFC - Robins to pen new deal?

Rotherham United's future is now secure, albeit with a big hill to climb, and now it's time for the club to push on, as The Star says, with a long term vision.

One of the first jobs could be for Chairman, Tony Stewart to offer Manager, Mark Robins a new contract.

When the club went into administration in March, Robins, who would have effectively been out of contract from that moment, could have walked away but, as we know, he didn't, he stuck with the club like the rest of us hoping for a way out of the mess.
The chairman and the manager have both spoke about a long term future for the club and if Mr Stewart thinks that Robins is the right man to take Rotherham United there, and I can see no reason why he wouldn't, then it could be that a new contract will be soon on the table and it could possibly be one that will see him take the Millers to the new proposed stadium.

The future, for Rotherham United, starts now.

Mark seems to thrive on challenges, and a big challenge he has got. Good luck to him and his assistants.
