RUFC - Robins ''Keeper Sale:Good Deal'
Rotherham United manager, Mark Robins, thinks the sale of goalkeeper, Mark Oxley to Premiership side, Hull City, has been a good deal all round.
Speaking to The Advertiser, Robins said, 'It's disappointing to lose Mark but it's a good deal for everyone. Although he's only played a handful of reserve games we've seen the potential in him - and so have a number of other clubs, with Hull coming up with the type of money we were looking for.
'He's a bright lad and being around Premiership players will bring him on although he would probably have wanted to stay here because his family are Rotherham supporters.
'We wish him well for his future career.'
It is thought that eighteen year old Oxley went to Hull for £150,000 but there will be 'add-ons' depending on the players' progress.
