'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Friendly Rivalry

Rotherham United Assistant Manager, John Breckin says that he thinks the central midfield pairing of Danny Harrison and Mark Hudson is the best in League Two.

Harrison told The Advertiser, 'It's nice to hear those comments.'

Harrison, who in my opinion, has improved such a lot this season, joined the Millers in May 2007 and started forty-seven games last season.

Harrison says there is a lot of rivalry between himself, Hudson and the other midfielders, Pablo Mills and Micky Cummins. 'It's healthy rivalry,' Harrison says. 'We all want to be scoring more than the other and there's banter between us.

'Pablo, Mark, Micky and myself have all played in League One and we all want to be playing at a higher level. But the first thing we have to do is concentrate on the situation we are in - we don't want to be looking above our station. We are in single figures already after only four games which is how we wanted it to be. But we can't rest, we have to kick on and get to that zero.'
