'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Robins 'Wish I was still playing'

Rotherham United have a feverish month of football what with League games coming thick and fast and Cup games, and Manager, Mark Robins, told The Advertiser that he wishes he was still playing.

The Millers have eight games in twenty-five days and Robins says he is savouring the challenge. 'It's a busy but great period,' the manager said, 'with every match having something hanging on it. Everything that's going on is exciting and I'm loving the job.

'We've a busy run of matches coming up but as a player that's what you want. With the schedule we've got then there are bound to be a couple of knocks, but we've got a sizeable squad and the players need to be up for the challenge and ready to come in. Having all these games together is a problem - but it's a nice problem - and a lot of teams would love to be in our position.

'It's a great time to be involved with Rotherham United and I would love to be still playing.'

I'm not actually sure you'd get in the side, Mark!
