RUFC - Robins 'It was important not to lose'

Rotherham United drew this afternoon with unbeaten Wycombe Wanderers and, after the last two games at Don Valley ended in losses, Manager, Mark Robins said 'it was important that we didn't lose.'

Speaking to the Official Site, Robins said, 'I thought we made it difficult for ourselves at times and we made one or two errors that could have been solved by putting the ball in the stand.'

Speaking to itv.com, Robins said, 'I think we were the better side in the second half and were unlucky not to nick all three points. You can see why Wycombe haven't been beaten because they are solid in their set up. I was pleased with parts of our game but there is room for improvement and, overall, we have to be happy with a point.'

Looking at it today, yes it was a good point. Think we were a bit disappointed yesterday but when you look at where we were a few weeks ago . . . any point can only be good.
