'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - JPT 'One Common Goal' Campaign

Fans of Rotherham United are being asked to help in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy's latest work in the community programme called One Common Goal.

The JPT, working alongside World Emergency Relief (WER), are asking fans, up and down the country, to donate their football shirts to less fortunate youngsters in South Africa.


Shirt collection boxes will be situated in Johnstone's Leyland Decorating Centres, and participating stockists, from the 10th November and everyone who donates a shirt will be given a 'One Common Goal' T-shirt as well as being entered into a prize draw - the main prize being two VIP tickets to the Final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy. Don't have a shirt to give? The Johnstone's Paint Trophy Official Site says that there will be donation tins at all participating outlets.

Mark Bright will be officially launching the shirt amnisty at the Johnstone`s Leyland Decorating Centre in Barking at 12 noon on 10th November.
