RUFC - Robins 'Have to kill teams off'

Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, said he was disappointed that his team didn't close out the game today after going one up but is happy that they have the chance to try again.

Speaking to the Official Site, he said, 'It is better to have a replay than to be out of the competition but it would have been nice to win today. We need to make sure that we kill teams off when we get the opportunity. We missed three or four good chances in the second half but, overall, in the poor conditions, I think we did OK. The conditions were terrible and the pitch was rainsoaked but I have no complaints about the surface. The opposition really battled well today.'

Robins refused to be drawn about the referee's performance today and said, 'I have several complaints about some of his decisions but, because of obvious reasons, I won't make too much off it.

'The main thing is that we are in the hat for the second round draw.'
