RUFC - Robins to make changes?
Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, has said that there is the temptation to make changes for tomorrow's Carling Cup game against Premiership Stoke City.
The Millers have been playing in a lot of games recently and are still in all three Cup competitions - Carling Cup, FA Cup and Johnstone's Paint Trophy - and it could be that some of the players are beginning to tire. Certainly in the first half on Saturday at Aldershot the team looked to be second best to every ball, although they improved a lot in the second forty-five minutes.
Speaking to Radio Sheffield, Robins said, 'Although we picked up one or two knocks at the weekend everybody should be OK to be involved tomorrow night. Facing a Premiership team tomorrow probably gives us our biggest challenge to date, and there is a temptation to change things but we have to recognise that all the players want to play in it. I shall look and see if everyone's legs are back after the exertion of the last couple of weeks.'
