RUFC - Robins 'good performance'

Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, made six changes to his team today but the Millers still lost two-nil to Bradford City although, he thought his team put in a good performance.

Speaking to the Official Site, he explained his team changes, 'Andy Nicholas has looked tired recently and Pablo Mills was missing due to injury. Reuben Reid and Danny Harrison were out suspended and they will be fresh for next weekend after the break.'

Speaking about the game, Robins said, 'I thought we put in a really good performance. We had about ten good chances and did everything but put the ball in the net. Then they scored with their first real chance on target.

'The lads who came in played well and Bradford will probably feel a little fortunate to get all three points. I was pleased that we looked positive by going forward and not just looking to defend all the time. 'Jamie Green and Dale Tonge played well on the flanks and put in some good crosses and we overran them in midfield. Ultimately, it was the missed chances that have cost us.

'But, I thought we played well and I know there is something there to build on.'
