'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - JPT 'One Common Goal' project

Rotherham United, along with the other teams left in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, will swap their warm-up tops for special charity t-shirts this evening.

The Johnstone's Paint Trophy is working together with International Development Charity, World Emergency Relief. The One Common Goal Project is to help provide a developing community in South Africa with state of the art football facilitiesm, and to help raise awareness for this, each player will wear a special top which has both the Johnstone's and World Emergency Relief logos on.

Johnstone's Paint Trophy Sponsorship Manager, Teresa Hardwick, said, 'We are pleased to be working alongside WER and we hope that the participation of the remaining eight teams will help to boost the campaign. It will be great to see all the players in their charity shirts.'

Johnstone's are asking all fans to donate their club shirts - new or old - next time they visit their local Johnstone's Leyland decorating centre or participating stores.
