'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Robins pre Bournemouth

Rotherham United take on Bournemouth today at Don Valley and Millers Manager, Mark Robins says they are looking forward to the game.

Speaking to RotherFM, Robins said, 'It was frustrating that last week's game against Luton was called off because, with the form we've been in, we wanted to play. But, it was countrywide and you can't help the weather. If you're not competing then you are trying to make sure that there is enough fitness work as well as tactical and technical stuff for the players. We managed to get a game in against ourselves and it was a decent excercise. But we don't want too many postponements because it looks like we will be playing two games a week for the rest of the season.

'We're looking forward to a good game against Bournemouth. We started on the same points and they are fighting and we are fighting. It's coming from their camp that they want to come and take our scalp and we want to pull away from them. Every week we are look at the team above us, this week it's Accrington Stanley and if the results go our way we could move above them. And then we look at the pack above us and try to make sure we are in there fighting.

'Everybody's back from injury except for Stephen Brogan. We have an almost full compliment which is a boost for everyone.'
