RUFC - Breck on the transfer market

Rotherham United Assistant Manager, John Breckin, spoke to MillersWorld about transfer news.

'Next year we will know what this league is all about and as a staff we have to look at players we need to bring in to strengthen. We've been on the road watching players and talking on the phone and we've had agents phoning us too. There are irons in the fire but we won't bring in anyone who won't be better for the squad.

'Contrary to what you might have heard we've had no enquiries about any of our players - I think it must be just paper talk or agents talk. Mark (Robins) is in negotiations with some of the players who are out of contract at the end of the season and those talks are ongoing.

'The lads we've brought in are a great bunch and any lads who do leave us at the end of the season will get other clubs because of what they've achieved with Rotherham United.'
