RUFC - Millers Sign Striker

Rotherham United have signed Jamie Clarke from Premiership club Blackburn Rovers on a free today

Jamie signed a new one-year deal with Blackburn last summer and joined Accrington Stanley on loan which ended in December. In sixteen League and Cup appearances for the League Two side he scored five goals.
Jamie is a centre forward who can trouble defenders with his pace and trickery with the ball. In his first season with the Academy he finished joint top scorer but his next season was disrupted with injuries, although in his sixteen games for the Reserve side he managed to put the ball in the back of the net six times.
