'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Robins post Brentford

Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, feels that his team should have got more than a point today against league leaders Brentford at Don Valley.

Speaking to the Official Site, Robins said, 'We dominated the game but we lacked a goal. We were unfortunate not to get a penalty and we had one or two good chances in the first half. I do think if we had scored the first goal it would have opened them up and we'd have had more opportunities. But they defended well.

'Drewe Broughton had a good chance but it was a high ball which was difficult for him. I would have liked to have seen us get behind their defence a bit more.

'Brentford are top of the league and I'm sure they were happy with the point today. But, we were solid and kept another clean sheet and from that perspective I am delighted.'

Seeing you were playing the best team in the league, one can say this was a good point, but seeing you were at home and given your delicate league position - i think it was two points dropped.
