Rotherham United picked up two awards at the Star & Green 'Un Football Awards 2009 last night.
The first was for Nick Fenton who picked up the Millers' own Player of the Year award and secondly Rotherham United were the Team of the Year.
After the awards, Manager, Mark Robins told The Star that he was pleased that there was something left for his team to play for next weekend. 'With Exeter coming here and knowing that they really have to win it's going to be a big finish and it's a game we will certainly look at winning. We still have out target of finishing in the top three (except for the minus points) and we want to end our first season at Don Valley with a win for our fans as well'
Other winners last night was Sheffield United's Kevin Blackwell who got Manager of the Year, Golden Boot of the Year went to Jack Lester of Chestefield and a lifetime award was presented to Simon Clough in honour of his father, Brian Clough.
