'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Ellison signs in

Rotherham United have today completed the signing of Chester City's Kevin Ellison.

Thirty year old Ellison has signed a two year contract after he successfully completed a medical today.

Speaking to Chester City Mad, Ellison said, 'The situation at Chester, both on and off the field, really got to me towards the end of the season but Rotherham obviously saw something they liked in me and Mark Wright gave me permission to speak to them.

'Rotherham have a big fan base and they are a big club. I have seen the plans of their new training ground and have been told they are hoping to build a new stadium.

'I have always had faith in my own ability and I always knew I would find a Football League club who wanted to sign me.'
