RUFC - Ellison has mates at Rotherham
Rotherham United's latest recruit, Kevin Ellison has told the official Site that he already knows some of the lads he will be playing with at Rotherham. And he revealed that he spoke to 'good mate' Danny Harrison before he signed.
'I'm good mates with Danny from my Tranmere days,' the thirty year old said, 'and I know Ian Sharps as well and John Breckin from when he was at Tranmere. I spoke to Danny before I signed and he told me that it was very much a team on the up. I came down and the first thing the gaffer said to me was that he wants promotion. I am impressed with the set-up too.
'I've played with Marc Joseph and Mark Lynch at Hull so the first day won't be too bad.'
