Attendance Figures

The attendance at the Millers game last saturday against Tranmer Rovers was 4,529 and not 4,129 that was quoted in the press.

As we are fighting for our lives the gate, even the new figure, was bitterly dissapointing.

We should be achieving over five thousand our away support is one of the best in the league, sadly our home support is amongst the worst.

Also why did it take the club until today(wednesday) to get the figure corrected?

most gates seem to be around half the ground's capacity, were would the other half if we had a sell out not many offical attendances seem to be correct

U know, when I was little I used to honestly think someone went round counting everyone in the ground - now I'm older I'm beginning to think what I thought when I was little was right!!! And whats all this on the official site about stewards/gatespersons letting people in without tickets? The club say they know who they are - what I want to know is just how longs this been going on? (I do remember pushing my eldest under once, actually, if I'm being honest, to a reserve game cos we'd 4gotten his season ticket). I also have vague memories of being shunted over by dad and uncle when I was about 5 too! Now I'm just rambling.......

we have the same problem, the published attendance last week was 22000 but in the ground there was probably more like 25000 just some crazy tax scam

the brentford game only attracted 5,200 , which is very dissapointing considering both teams are fighting- one to survive in this league and one to try and get out of it.
