RUFC Nostalgia Meeting
This month, The Nostalgia Society have Billy Griffin as their guest speaker.
Billy played for the Millers from 1968 to 1970 and was, what used to be called, an inside forward. Sightly built, Billy was a skilful player and had excellent ball control as well as good passing ability.
Rotherham was Billy's last club having started his career at Hillsborough with Sheffield Wednesday. He also played for Bury and Workington.
The Nostalgia Meeting is on Thursday, 13th August at The Green Dragon, Kimberworth and starts at 8.30pm. All are welcome.
