RUFC - Chairman says Thanks to Fans
Rotherham United Chairman, Tony Stewart, said 'thank you' to the Millers fans who saw their team beat Chesterfield at Don Valley this afternoon.
Speaking to the Official Site, Mr Stewart said, 'The atmosphere was tremendous and it was a good day for us and the players showed us what great character and endeavour they all have. There is a team spirit running through this club - players, staff and supporters are locked together as a unit. I cannot tell you how proud I am to see that.
'Today epitomised what this football club is all about. We know there is a long way to go and a lot of work to do but, rest assured, we will all be working relentlessly to continue to improve every area of this club.'
