RUFC - Injury Update

Rotherham United caretaker Manager, Steve Thornber has good and bad news over the injured Ian Sharps and Nicky Law who came off at half-time on Saturday.

'They didn't train yesteday,' Thornber told the Official Site, 'but I think Ian should be fine and we are hoping to have him training on Thursday so his situation is looking more positive than Nicky's.'

Captain Sharps came off with a hamstring problem while Law was struggling with a toe injury.

'We took Ian off when we did as a precaution. If we'd left him his hamstring could have gone and then we'd have been looking at three or four weeks without him.'
