'If It's Football, It's Vital'
RUFC - Search for site - down to two
Rotherham United Chairman, Tony Stewart has told The Advertiser that the club are down to two possible sites for the new ground.
'We are no longer driving around looking for sites,' Mr Stewart said, 'we are concentrating on just these two and we hope to submit outline drawings of our plans before Christmas.'
Mr Stewart told The Advertiser that one of the sites in publicly owned while the other is owned privately.
The club is also pressing ahead with the paperwork for the proposed training ground on Roughwood Road at Wingfield that is being built on the same template as the Morely Road one that Derby County use - which I understand is very impressive.
