RUFC - Fenton 'disappointed with point'

Rotherham United defender, Nick Fenton says that the team have to start taking their chances.

After playing really well on Saturday at Cheltenham but only coming away with a point, the team looked a bit dejected and on our coach going home we all said we felt like we'd lost.

Speaking to The Advertiser, Fenton said, 'We played well, especially in the first half and we should have been out of sight. Had it been a boxing match the referee would have stopped it at half time.

'Julian Alsop was a handful but we coped with him except for one time when he got away and scored. We should have been two or three up before his goal but when you miss your chances like we did you risk not winning the game. We were the better side and Pablo Mills and Danny Harrison were rattling them in midfield.

'The first half was probably the best we've played all season - but I suppose a point away from home is a good thing. We are just gutted it wasn't all three.

'Our next two games against Barnet and Northampton are hard but we will be aiming for a couple of wins.'
