RUFC - Moore 'take six from six to go top'

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is motivating his team by telling them to win their back-to-back home games and they will go top of the league.

Speaking to David Beddows of The Advertiser, about having two home games on the trot, Moore says, 'They will be two different kinds of games. Hereford will try and make it difficult while Notts County are a more open side who will come and have a go.

'We need to remember than anyone can beat anyone in this league and we want the sort of performance that we put in against Barnet and not like when we went to Northampton and didn't perform. We need the same attitude and application against both Hereford and Notts County. Hereford beat the top of the league and drew with Dagenham and Redbridge as well as having a good cup win on Tuesday night against Aldershot who are eighth.

'We are all going to have to be patient tomorrow - the players and the supporters but if we play like we did against Barnet then there will be only one outcome.

'It's a great opportunity for us and if we can take six from six then we'll go top which is a great incentive.'

The Millers play Hereford tomorrow, 10th October and Notts County on Saturday, 17th October.
