RUFC - Moore says Alf can get more goals

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says that the 'Goal Machine', who is Adam Le Fondre, can get twenty-five goals this season.

Speaking to The Advertiser, Moore said that he wants to make Alf greedier. 'Le Fondre's scoring ratio is very good but they've come in singles and I want to see him go on and get two to three in a game. As far as I'm concerned, if you score early then there is a hat-trick on the cards. And there's nothing nicer than taking the ball home.

'He's a proven goal scorer but I want him to improve his work outside the box. With his pace, and a little bit more know how, he can become better.

'To be successful, you need your top striker to be getting twenty-five goals and Le Fondre can do that. Then you need your second striker to be getting ten or fifteen, your centre-half to be getting seven or eight from set plays and the midfielders to chip in as well.'
