'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore 'Keep The Faith'

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has urged the fans to 'keep the faith.'

Speaking to MillersWorld, Moore said, 'You know, very little has changed here and I wish I'd got a video of when Mark (Robins) was here and since I came in because it's not changed.

'We've maybe tried to play a bit more direct but even before I came here, the teams we've played and beaten had chances but Woggy (Andy Warrington) has been brilliant and made some good saves. But this time the half chances have gone in. At Hereford we played magnificent and we could have had seven. Notts County we were down to ten and had our backs to the wall and what a performance that was. Then Aldershot are one of the best footballing sides in this division. And, we ended up with three draws but that isn't the end of the world.

'I think in this league you can easily go on a run of six wins if you stay organised and put the ball in the back of the net. If Alfie (Le Fondre) doesn't score then we don't win and that's wrong. We've got another four strikers here, we've got midfielders who haven't even been in the box yet, we've got set plays where Centre Half's should be getting six or seven goals. It's these things that need addressing.

'I can understand the fans being restless when you look at where we were and the way we performed. But nothings changed. I've not come in and said we do this and we do that. Everything has stayed the same. But, I think it's about time I put my stamp on it now and say this is the rule and we'll do that next week.

'You know, I don't walk on water, I'm just human the same as everyone else. And why people are complaining at the moment I don't know. They just have to keep the faith.'
