'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore on Alf

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says he is pleased for Adam Le Fondre today after the striker scored both goals in the two-nil win over Lincoln City at Don Valley.

Speaking to MillersWorld, Moore said, 'I thought the first goal was the best goal with what he had to do and the way he got by the lad and drifted inbetween the centre-half and full-back. He got into a great position and finished it well.

'The second was one of them that could have gone anywhere - in, over the bar or anywhere.

'He's a massive threat and one of the best strikers in League Two. And, he's getting hungry for more. At one time when he'd scored one goal he looked like he'd settle for one but we've drilled it into him when he gets one he can get two and when he gets two he can get three.

'Unfortunately, when he got the penalty for his hat-trick it didn't happen. But, there's no doubt about it he will get a hat-trick this season.'
