RUFC - Moore wants more goals from Ellison

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says there is no reason why Kevin Ellison can't get ten to fifteen goals for us this season.

Speaking to MillersWorld about the former Leicester, Tranmere, Stockport winger, Moore said, 'Kevin isn't the old fashioned winger who is going to get his head down, rock and roll and go by people. But he gets across people, he reads things and he sniffs things out as well as always being on the front foot in the box.

'He's six feet three inches tall and I still think he should be getting more goals at the back post with his head. I can't see any reason why he can't get ten or fifteen goals for us this season.

'He's got rocket boots and he can smack them with both feet - it's not always from his left foot - and he's good at set plays. We haven't really had any set plays around the area where you want Kevin to be taking it but when we do it's not going to be too far from going in the back of the net.'

Kevin, who joined the Millers in May from Chester City, has scored seven goals already this season.
