'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore talks about his award

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has been awarded the Coca Cola League Two Manager of the Month award for November and said, 'You never get fed up with winning this award because it proves you've done something right.'

'It means a lot but not just for me,' Moore told MillersPlayer before yesterday's game, 'it's brilliant for the club, for the players and the backroom staff too who have all done a good job this month.

'I think we had a little bit of luck on the way but every team needs a bit of luck. I think Port Vale away was probably the best we've played as a team but for sticking together it was the game at Torquay.

'We're getting to where we want to be but we're still a little bit short we know that. We've still a bit of wheeling and dealing to do to make us a better side and I hope that can be done in January.

'I would love to win the award another two times because that would mean we wouldn't be too far from going up automatically.

'Overall it was a tremendous effort from everybody.'
