'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore before tonight's game

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says that Nick Fenton's sending off on Saturday affects the team straight away.

Fenton is out for four games, starting at Luton tonight, after getting his second red card of the season.

'It was a silly decision by the player,' Moore told MillersPlayer. 'It was a crazy tackle that wasn't warranted. There was no danger, they were on the half-way line and I think it was that decision that cost us the game.'

Speaking about tonight's game at Luton in the FA Cup replay, Moore said, 'We've got three players fighting for that spot Fenton has left. Mark Joseph, Pablo Mills, who is a bit off pace at the moment and young David Haggerty who we won't know how good he is until we throw him in.

'I thought the defence was poor on Saturday. Ian Sharps did ever so well and was outstanding but the other three were weak. Stephen Brogan played at left-back but looked a bit rusty. He's been out for a while and needs games so hopefully that blew the cobwebs off him. Him and Kevin Ellison going forward can be a nice combination. We need Brogan's quality to get balls into the box.

'If Alfie (Adam Le Fondre) doesn't score then it doesn't look like the team will score. He's a fantastic player and his finishes are unbelievable. The chip that hit the crossbar on Saturday was fantastic and it was just unlucky for us it didn't go in. Once Popey (Tom Pope) gets a goal, it doesn't matter how scruffy a goal it is, then he'll be up and running, I'm sure.'

we should take it to Luton tonight and don`t let them settle although i do believe they will need to raise their game to beat us.

I think we will need to get a couple of goals in the first half hour
