'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Opposition Manager's View of the Game

Rotherham United's won at Bradford City yesterday and this is what City Manager, Stuart McCall, had to say about the game.

Speaking to the BBC McCall said, 'Rotherham were better than us in the first half and battled back from being a goal down to getting two. In the second half their 'keeper's brought off three or four outstanding saves from our lads, the one from Bully was unbelievable.

'At two-all, I'm sure if you'd asked Ronnie (Moore) with twenty minutes to go he'd have took a point.

'Then the kid, Roberts, scored an outstanding goal although I think it was about ten yards away from where the free-kick was originally given. He hit it from the half-way line and it's gone underneath the ball and bounced in. And the fourth goal, Mickey Boulding was looking out of the window and he said he was yards off-side but it's just one of those things.

'I think with the players Rotherham have got they will be expecting to be in the top three.

'But I don't think there was anything between the two sides today.'

I think Broughton thought he was offside for his goal too because he turned and looked at the linesman before coming (I won't say running!) over to our fans
