'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore urges more from players

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has told the twelve players who are out of contract at the end of the season to follow the example of Andy Warrington.

Warrington brought off some fantastic saves against Bradford at Valley Parade on Saturday and was praised by both his Manager and City's Lee Bullock. His magnificent finger tip save from a Bullock shot was enough for the City player to go up to Warrington and give his hand a punch of acknowledgement.

Speaking to Les Payne of The Star, Moore said, 'Andy has earned the right to a new contract with his performances this season. I have told the players out of contract to look at Andy as an example and go out and earn one themselves.

'Whether it's to earn a contract with us or someone else they have to go out and perform.'
