RUFC - Alfie doubt

RUFC - Alfie doubt

Rotherham United striker, Adam Le Fondre is a major doubt for the game against Rochdale at Spotland tomorrow night.

Alfie was substituted on Saturday, at Burton, towards the end of the game because of a calf injury.

Speaking to Les Payne of The Star, Manager, Ronnie Moore, said, 'If it's a strain then Tuesday is a bit quick, but it depends exactly what it is.

'He will be desperate to play in this one against his old club but it's all about being fit. And we certainly won't be taking any chances.'

All Millers fans have been dreading this happening to Alfie and will be keeping their fingers crossed that the top scorer is fit to play. But, I agree with Ronnie Moore and, with March being a busy and important month, it's not good him playing if he's not fit.
