Vital Rotherham Player of the Month for February

Vital Rotherham Player of the Month for February

Rotherham United had a busy month in February, playing seven league games and posters on Vital found it difficult to pick a man of the month.

But, by the slightest whisker, it has gone to top scorer, Adam Le Fondre.

Alfie scored his twenty-first goal of the season, at Burton, on Saturday, making the top scorer in League Two - five of which were scored in February (two against Dagenham and Redbridge, and one against Lincoln, Shrewsbury and Burton).

Man of the Match votes went like this -

ADAM LE FONDRE v Bournemouth
IAN SHARPS v Darlington
DANNY HARRISON v Dagenham and Redbridge
MARK LYNCH v Lincoln
GARY ROBERTS v Torquay
ANDY WARRINGTON v Shrewsbury
NICK FENTON & ADAM LE FONDRE v Burton Albion
