RUFC - Drewe to stay with Imps

RUFC - Drewe to stay with Imps

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has made no secret that he has been on the look out for a new striker and the fans have been speculating why he didn't fetch Drewe Broughton back from his loan spell with Lincoln City.

'You can't bring him back,' Moore told The Advertiser. 'He's there for a month and that's it.

'And, when we have played him, people have complained. They say he's not good enough and can't do this and can't do that.

'He's pulled a hamstring while he's been over there and we don't know the full extent of the injury yet.'

Broughton's loan to the Imps is due to finish on Tuesday but, as we reported yesterday, the Millers have fetched in striker, Craig McAllister from Exeter City.
