RUFC - Boss praise for Pope

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore had nothing but praise for striker, Tom Pope after his hat-trick in the Reserve game against Scunthorpe.

Speaking to The Advertiser, Moore said, 'It doesn't matter that it was a reserve game, it was good to see Popey get a hat-trick, and you still have to put the ball in the back of the net.

'And, he needs to do more of that. He needs to shoot more and be greedier and he could still be a big part of our season.'

The Millers were looking like they would have to be happy with a draw after Scunthorpe equalised to make it four all but, in what was almost the last kick of the game, Pope got the winner.
