RUFC - Ronnie talks about some of his players

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore was asked about some of his players, after yesterday's game.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, Moore said :

Marcus Marshall - He's a young lad who's hardly had any football. He gives you an option with his pace

Ed's view- I like Marshall. For the last two games he's played up front with Alfie, although, he does tend to wander back to the wing, where I think he feels more comfortable.

Abdulai Bell-Baggie - Little Baggie's come on and been a bundle of tricks again. He's got three crosses in, in his first five minutes on the pitch and that's what we need

Ed's view - A great little player this lad that, I am sure, is destined for higher things, and probably an international place. I'd like to see him start against Barnet next week.

Pablo Mills - I think he did well. He's sat in there and he's broke up a lot of their attacks and made one or two decent tackles

Ed's view - I like to see Pabs play as a holding midfielder.

Josh Walker - Josh got a dead leg and was struggling to get himself about. But he should be OK for next week

Ed's view - For me, Josh seems to have gone a bit quiet of late and needs to show more of what he can do.

Nicky Law - Lawsy was picking the ball up and having a run. I just wish he'd be more positive when he does it. He's got oceans of space in front of him and seems to run faster with the ball than he does without it. He just needs that bit of confidence to keep going

Ed's view - Hmm, Nicky Law. I think we all thought he was going to be the player that took us up this season. Then he seemed to just stop playing. I thought he did better yesterday and don't know why a lad with his ability needs 'that bit of confidence'.

Gavin Gunning - Gav was a lucky man that he wasn't sent off. The tackle he made wasn't brilliant and he got a yellow and in the first seconds of the second half the lad turns him and that could easily have been another yellow and off. So we thought we can't take a chance on this and took him off

Ed's view- After being knocked all over the show on Tuesday night, I thought Gunning looked a bit off pace yesterday.

Ronnie's had his say, I've had mine so what's yours? Come and tell us what YOU think about the players.

Millers Suffer Five-Nil Loss

Rotherham United are still looking for their first win on the road after getting a five-nil drubbing this afternoon in South Wales by Cardiff City.

After a scrappy opening to the game the first action of the half on eleven minutes saw the hosts take the lead when Millers' 'keeper Richard O'Donnell could do nothing to stop a superb curling shot by Kadeem Harris hit the back of the net. Minutes later a ball into the box found Sean Morrison but as he rose to head the ball he clattered into O
